Maximenu not showing in "menu" position

Dear Support,

I have installed the Maximenu, however, its not showing correctly in the "menu" position, if I assign another position then it works, but of course it needs to be in the "menu" position in the template. I have attached a file showing the issue and my settings. Am using Joomla 3.5.

now you know what the problem is ...

the framework assign a position specific for their system, which is "menu"
you can not publish a standard module in it. You must create another position in the same place for it, this is a "problem" from the framework
