doesn't work???

Hi, i can't figure out why the effect doesn't works???

everything is installed and activated correctly but i don't get the effect?

The html code in my editor looks like that:

have you something that removes Mootools into your website ? it is missing and that is the cause

mootools is a javascript library, it is called into the plugin but is not loaded into your website. So I ask if you have installed a plugin may be that remove mootools
