- Intallation plugin plg_mooimageck_2.0.1_j25.zip
- Activation plugin System - mooImage CK
- In the article, Source Code:

in the source code of your page the plugin is absolutely not loaded
try to clear your cache, and check again please. I can't do anything if the plugin is not loaded by joomla
