Template problem

I have Beautiful CK working well on a website using the protostar template. On another website I couldn't get it to work at all. The beautiful CK design doesn't display at all. It took me some time to realise that this was apparently because of the template. The template I'm using is JSN Boot PRO from Joomlashine, which is supposed to be a very reputable source of templates according to the book, "Joomla! 3 SEO and Performance".

Still, I suppose there is nothing I can do about this problem?

the problem with the framework of template like the one of Joomlashine is that they override the native features of joomla!, killing then some features
As you can see it works with protostar

The Beautiful CK uses the native Module Chrome feature, you can ask Joomlashine what can be in cause in the template.
By my side I can not do anything on this as this is related to the template

Joomlashine have asked me to send them a copy of your module so that they can see where the problem is. Since it is a commercial extension, they cannot just download it. May I send this to them?
