Navigation right arrow doesn't show was created by majapi

Hello,

Could you help on this site:

gcr.schoolspace.co/index.php/extra-curricular/music-and-drama
gcr.schoolspace.co/index.php/extra-curricular/gaelic-football

it is working fine on the home page.

I have the latest version: 1.4.21

The navigation right arrow is missing from slideshows
