slideshow doesn't appear
I checked for duplicate modules, I do not have duplicate modules, and I checked for the module position and there is only 1 position in my template for that module. the following is the only code for that position for that module in my template:
<?php if ($this->countModules( 'position-12' )) : ?>
<section id="slider">
<jdoc:include type="modules" name="position-12" />
</section>
<?php endif; ?>
there are no other modules configured for that position other than the slider.
I can PM you the admin login details if you want me to. I really cant figure out the issue here.
Thanks once again.

Tried uninstalling the module completely and installing and configuring once again, but I get the same result. the slideshow is not happening.
if it helps, I have the same module but an earlier version on the live site and it works perfectly fine. we are trying to migrate the site to a new server and with an updated joomla and hence I tried to use the latest version of the slideshow and it does not show up. you can see the older version at work at www.online-poker-texas-holdem.com/
I have not changed anything in the template and on this new test server I removed the multiple loads of jquery and jquery easing as per your earlier comments on this thread.
Really need to get this to work. would really appreciate all help.
Thanks once again.

Oops sorry, my mistake on careful examination there were 2 module positions in the template like you said. The code was almost the same hence I missed that. Now everything works well. Thanks for your support. Sorry about that it's my bad.
Thanks once again.

Hi
Initially my slideshow worked faultlessly but shortly afterward it stopped and wouldn't show at all.
Following your suggestions in this forum, and using JQuery Easy, I've managed to get the first slide to show with its caption but it then gets stuck - first slide stays put and no caption.
URL is activatingchange.com.au under "Wisdom through the ages"
Are you able to add me to your long list of happy users?
TIA

Hi
in the module options, you have disabled all jquery calls. Please reactivate the jQuery easing option and tell me
