slideshow doesn't appear

you are using a framework template, due to this I can't help more. I'm quite sure that there is a JS conflict between the jquery libraries.

I have used Slideshow CK on three customer sites recently. It has worked fine up until now. Joomla 2.5.8, Slideshow CK 1.1.6. Now, I realised that it has just stopped working on two sites. Only the revolving 'loading' icon shows. The sites have entirely different templates (Oneweb on one and Shape5 "New Vision" on the other). On a third site (also Oneweb) works perfectly. The to problematic sites are on the same service provider's webhotel, the third site on a different webhotel.

I have tried to disable JQuery in the module. No help. Jquery is not loaded in the template, at least not in Oneweb where you can select it in the settings. I have tried to install the jquery easy plugin. If I activate it the entire div containing the slideshow disappears. So no help there either. The images are correctly where they should be.

The problem probably started a few days ago and probably "just by itself" - nobody has touched the administrator or made any updates or installations on these sites as far as I know. Can it be some settings/updates on the server causing this? One of the problem sites is running php 5.2.17 and the other php 5.3.3, so the php version is not the problem.
