Don't load image from folder

Hello,
I have a slideshow in Joomla 3.10.10 with 68 images. Unfortunately, this was destroyed when saving, since the loading time of the server was probably too long.

Now, after installing the PRO version, I changed the source to folder and selected the folder with the images. The folder now contains 12 images. I also felt out the label.txt.

However, the images are not displayed in the slideshow. According to the DOM, the images are not loaded either. There is no error in the browser console.

To test, I created a new module and selected a folder with just one image. The image won't load there either.

I need help!

please try with another folder and images, without space nor special characters
you can try to create a new module and use the demo data with the folder source to see if it works

No improvement.
I created a new module and assigned the standard slideshow images folder media/com_slideshowck/images/slides2. When I edit the label.txt in the module, I see the images as a preview but not in the slideshow under /test
