Text does nor appaer on first Slide

I´m using Slideshow-CK in free, now in version 2.3.0, since many years. Some weaks ago I saw, that the (slide-) text does not appear on the first slide. The second slide and the following slides always show the text I want to appear. When chancing the slides (e.g. second slide to position one and slide on position 1 to pos. 2) the same effect happens -> always no text on the first slide . My Joomla-version is 3.10.2. Please help me and give me a solution.

I see that there is a problem in the code :

Warning</b>: is_file(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/images/Slides/th/einLebenlang2_th.jpg) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/virtual/tsv-rottendorf.de/:/var/www/conf/vu2050/session/:/tmp/:/tmp:/usr/share/php/:/var/lib/php5) in <b>/var/www/virtual/tsv-rottendorf.de/htdocs/libraries/src/Filesystem/File.php</b> on line <b>649

You must give that info to your host provider to fix it because this comes from the server

Until that is fixed, please try to go in your website config >> server >> php report >> set it to NONE
it shall remove the warning (only the text, the warning still exists on the server and shall be fixed)
then tell me if it works

My Hoster could not help me. He wrote:

Das ist vokommen korrekt. Dieser Pfad ist definitiv ungülitg.

Ich weiss nicht wie die Bilder in dem Modul definiert werden, aber der gezigte absolute Pfad stimmt nicht. Der liegt außerhalb Ihres Accounts.


Falls der Pfad in dem Modul absolut angegeben wird, müsster er so lauten:

/var/www/virtual/tsv-rottendorf.de/htdocs/images/Slides/th/einLebenlang2_th.jpg



Falls er relativ angegeben wird, darf der Pfad nicht mit einem, "/" beginnen.

Möglicherweise heisst er dann so:

images/Slides/th/einLebenlang2_th.jpg

oder so

../images/Slides/th/einLebenlang2_th.jpg

I found a solution:
I stored the Picture of the first slide now in in the root -folder of the images. And it works.

that is right that your images shall be located into the website

All the pictures for CKSlider are on my webspace in the folder " images" and it´s "subfolders".
The picture for the first slide in Slideshow CK is new here: /htdocs/images
Before it has been here: /htdocs/images/Slides

(I formely stored all Pictures for CKSlider in the subfolder Slides and the text-feature worked all the time for the first to the last image)
