Slideshow CK instagram

i tried to use CK slideshow module to view instagram pictures.
I followed the (easy) instructions, but the form is not visible. here the ink of the home with the white space instead of the module.

I don't see in the code where the Slideshow CK module is loaded
please check that the module is published on the page

the form is loaded on the page. selecting Images source article the module appears, selecting instagram the module disappears.

can you please tell me which version of Slideshow CK you are using, and give me the settings from the instagram options, so that I can try by my side too
