have you changed something to make it work ? I have not yet connected to your admin

The changes that were made did not take effect immediately. It took a few moments for the lightbox to appear. I am trying that URL for YouTube as we are communicating.

Hi
first you shall know which lightbox plugin you are using on your website and how it works
the best way would be to use Mediabox CK which is fully compatible with Slideshow CK
www.joomlack.fr/en/joomla-extensions/mediabox-ck

then in the settings select "mediabox ck" as lightbox and see if it works

We have installed the plugin "Mediabox CK".

I am having difficulty getting Mediabox to function right in using Slideshow CK Pro. When the slide with the images attached comes up there is no pop-up when clicking on the image.
