Slideshow CK interferes with Maximenu CK’s mobile menu

I’ve configured Slideshow CK to display YouTube videos on the home page of my website. I also have Maximenu CK with mobile menu installed on my website. Whenever the slide changes (every 6 seconds), the Maximenu CK mobile menu collapses and disappears. Any ideas what’s wrong and how I might be able to fix it?

ok I see, the problem comes from the video, because the slideshow triggers a click event to start it and the mobile menu catches any click event outside, then it closes
that is logic, even if not desired in your case
unfortunately, unless hacking the javascript code of the slideshow or the mobile menu, this can not be changed

Interesting. This only affects the mobile menu and not the regular menu.
If one could take a still pic of the video on the YouTube site and then use it as a slide with the YouTube URL, that might work.
However, I’m not sure how to capture a YouTube video still pic, because once the video is selected on YouTube, it immediately begins to roll.

what you could do is to link the slide to a video using the link option (not the video option), then when the user click on the slide it will open the video in a lightbox or another window
