I've created a custom module and it fits the same size as the moduleCK.

How can I see and edit the width of position 3 ?

yes you're right , but when the size of my screen decreases then the module disappears (the same for my menu)

is there a way to edit the width of the position 3 ? I mean to cover the whole width of my page.

My new position is created under the position 1 (nav-pills) .

It covers the whole area of my page , but when the screen decreases then it disappears. How can I fix this ? I don't want it to disappear .
