Problem with opening accordeon menu

Hi ced1870,

I wrote to JoomlaXTC support but there is still no answer from them.
Do you have any other idea about this problem and how can I solve it because the deadline is approaching and I need this accordeon menu?
I will be very thankful, if you can help me with this problem.

a "stupid" suggestion would be to rename one by one the scripts from the template (so that they won't apply) and see when the menu works
but doing this will also render some JS errors and the menu can also be blocked by this, so debugging is difficult in this case

you need the JoomlaXTC support to give you some help. Next time do your template with Template Creator CK (joking mode)

I have an answer from JoomlaXTC:
unfortunately there is nothing we can do with a 3rd party extension. It is having conflicts with our javascript and css classes.

So this is problem for me because this menu is important for client.
Nobody can help me with this problem but can you tell me some other menu extensions like your?(I want to use your but...)

Yes, this answer doesn't speak good to JoomlaXTC company... but they have VIP support(+100euro) and maybe this is the problem that I don't have it.
These days I'm in conference(JandBeyond) in Prague and I don't have enough time for this but other is that I don't understand this scripts and etc.
