Problem with opening accordeon menu

Hi,

Today I install your accordeon menu CK just to test it and if I like it I will buy for VM3, but I have a problem with this module.

When I install it I select normal joomla menus and turn it on but when I click the "+" button to show me submenus there is a problem.
Attach you screenshot. You can see that there are 3 main menus and 2 submenus that are shown after clicking + buttong but other 2 main menus are not sliding down...

can you please try with the template protostar to see if it works

I test it right now in protostar template, position banner and it's working.

but how can I use it with my template(JoomlaXTC LifeStyle Outpost)?

unfortnunately this seems to be a problem coming from the template which interfers with the menu (it seems that a script apply on the menu). PLease ask for help to JoomlaXTC, then you can contact me back if there is something to do.
