Save the template button doesn't work

Ever since I updated template creator to 3.0.12 my 'save the template' button doesn't work. what could be?

Hi,

I just emailed you as per previous post request but you can forget that email. I just downloaded a new fresh zip file of the creator and installed it. Works like a charm. Down know what could have happened. Maybe download glitch.
