[strike]Hi, I´ve startet a new template from scatch and placed a new wrapper to template. It is not possible to place a row or anything else to this wrapper (no blue background). Placing a row to wrapper (with maincontent) is possible. What did I do wrong?

My normal screen resolution is 3840 x 2160px.
Scaling window down to 1920x1080 all working well. So keep that in mind please.
