Hi
I have never seen this before
does it happen after save in the interface 5.0.0, or direct after install when trying to go in the component
does it happen in the templates list, or only in the interface ?

For the first time, the error occurred just after the upgrade.
Now, it occurs when I click Components → Template Creator CK (or one of its submenu item).
The site is www.sitiefficaciconjoomla.it

as this is an update, the table shall not be altered with any additional data
can you please confirm if you are using MariaDB ?
Please also contact your host provider to check if there is anything related to the server
and please export the 3 tables
#__templateck_fonts
#__templateck_layout
#__templateck_templates
and send me the exported files

Hi.
My provider confirmed that the site uses MariaDB 10.3.24.
He has no notice of anomalies
He examined the tables you mentioned and said they are empty. They are attached here .
Thank you.

Sorry, my provider gave me only the template table. But he said the all the three tables are empty. Tell me if you need the other two table anyway.
