Fixed wrapper seems to be not working correctly

Redoing this site - www.sheriffcosmetics.com/new . I turned on fixed wrapper and set the menu wrapper (surprisingly called "wrapper-menu"!!) to be fixed. I also applied the effect to it.

On trying it on the frontend, the wrapper did not stick. I went back into the settings and it shows as selected (the Select button is blue). However, TC is not saving the yes/no setting for the effect - even if I set it to Yes, after saving, it reverts to No.

go in your template >> set up the top fixed wrapper again >> Actions >> copy/apply changes
(don't save the template, just do that)
tell me if it works. Currently the widget is not loaded in your template

It definitely shows as active in the backend. I turned it off, backed out, then went back into widgets and turned it on again and reset parameters. The effect does not save as before.

I tried on a brand new site with just my bare install - just the usual like TC, PB, JCE, etc. Exactly the same issue. The wrapper, though showing active in the backend, does not stick to the top and the effect option will not save.

There isn't meant to be a Save button on the individual widget page is there? (While since I used a widget). You just set the parameter then click the "x" or "Back to widgets", right?

please go in template creator >> widgets >> update the mobile menu widget and then tell me if all is ok (this widget was in cause)

Perfect! Just one note in case someone else has the same issue. After updating MobileMenu (love this addition to TC thanks Ced), I had to assign the fixed wrapper to a wrapper other than I already had set. Then save, then go back in and set to the wrapper I wanted then save and it worked.
