V4 won't convert V3 template

Hello,

I installed the latest version of template Creator (4.0. over the old one (V3) but the same warning keeps coming back:
Warning; An old version has been detected. Your template will be automatically converted.
No matter what I do, save the template, not save it, make some changes and save it, the message always comes back.
An idea?

there is only one situation where this can occur, if you have an old template made with an old "banner" block that has been deprecated since long and that can not be converted automatically
send me your gabarit in .tck3z format, I will check that

Thanks for the offer to take a look at the old template, but I decided to create a new one.
On the other hand, I use some "old" templates on other sites, but do not plan to update those since no changes are planned.
