I just updated to 4.0.7 and I now cannot edit the template. When mousing over the blocks there are no popup green or yellow popups.

Really strange. I cleared cache yesterday without affect. However, this morning when I logged into the admin, everything worked and displayed as expected. Perhaps it just needed to have a little sleep...
