Link in button arn't auto save

when we add link in button, its not auto save we nned to click on save check buton

c'est pareil quand on utilise les element avec un bouton + (lien,choix de catégorie etc)

just tested
added a button addon
used the "+" icon to select a menu link, an article, or an image
in all cases the link is added immediately, no need of more action

then I have tested to add manually an url, when I hit enter on the keyboard, the url is added

not sure how to reproduce your issue
