The images have been shifted

Hi.
If the Image Effect CK has been applied, images are shifted to the right (approx 10 px).
This corrupts my layout: how can I avoid this?
See this example : Image Effect CK is applied to the first of the five images at the bottom of the page.
Even if I apply Image Effect CK to all the images, these are not aligned neither to the slideshow at the top of the page nor to the content.
