Tooltips do not disapear in IE9 anymore

I don't know what is the reason.Try this :

1/ try another template, with beez_20 to see if it works
2/ try to change the duration settings, like 500 instead of 0


if this does nothing I can't tell you why this happen. What I can tell si that by my side on my test site it works in IE
