ToolTip:GC not working (Joomla 1.5.23)

Hello,
I'm working webside for one company and I would really like to use this plugin, so I downloaded version for J1.5.x and install it. Then I activated plugin and put command into article ({tooltip}Text to hover{end-texte}a friendly little boy{end-tooltip}). I attacked screenshot of what happend. (If I touch this text nothing happend)

yes, I used in article. I will test in other template now

yes, problem is in template. Hmm, what can I do now? I surly won't change template, but I would really need that this to work.

Do you have any idea?
