am I able to add labels and ordering with labels.txt ?

I did try to follow the instructions there before I posted. I have labels.txt in the same directory as the images. The tutorial shows examples of using a tag and not using a html link. I tried different thing but could not get it to work with the link code I generated from the MediaBox CK pro editor button:

ok. Simple question : does it work if you use a tag instead a link to call the directory ?
