lightbox full screen mode

I'm using Mediabox for youtube links but am unable to use full screen mode. Is there any way that can be activated?
I've also tried changing the default dimensions of the lightbox with both pixels and % (in plugin settings) but to no avail.
Apologies if this question has been answered before, I couldn't find anything on the forum. Any help greatly appreciated.
