Hello,
Use a YOOtheme template and ck mega menu module does not change the colors of the fonts and does not apply the fears to all menus .. attached image.

try to change the "heading" type of your level 1 items to "text separator"
the heading class is defined in the bootstrap.Css with this
.nav-header {
color: #2a455d;
text-shadow: none;
}
here you have the blue color
