I can't change column and row size

Hi, it feels like Maximenu doesn’t function properly - I set up the size of each column but it doesn’t appear on the website - please see the screenshots attached. Do you know what the issue could be?

please do that, go in the module :
- >> advanced >> layout >> set it to "default"
- >> style >> theme >> select "mega9"

on your screenshot (the picture is quite small) it seems that you don't have the columns, only one is created
