Hi

After Joomla & module updates slideshow disappears. I have tried some of the solutions on the forum;

1) clean cache and browser data
2) turn off load JQuery in the slideshow module
3) uninstall and reinstall the module

But the slideshow module still does not load on the page. Im using Protostar template and Joomla 3.7.2

Any other ideas much appreciated?

Salut Cédric,
... I have the same problem, I have updated CK Slideshow and the modules have disappeared. In my case JCEmediabox was already disabled and the problem is still there...

Thx

EDIT: ... ok, problem solved with the update of Joomla 3.6.5 -> 3.7.2 ;)

After module updates slideshow dissappears 21 Jun 2017 09:57 #43213

Hello, I am from Germany and I hope I can describe my problem well enough.
After I first updated Joomla, everything was still OK. When I have updated the module, the slidshow is now no longer displayed.

From this JCEmediabox I do not know whether this is installed here. But I did not find it either.

I hope someone can help me!

Hey,
I already tried that. I'm just about to disable the slideshow anywhere and then reactivate it. Sometimes it is displayed, then again not.

Do I need a specific PHP version for the slideshow? I have the message in the Joomla Dashboard that I use an outdated version. I should contact my webhosting partner to get a new version.
