the problem is quite the same, all the float properties in your template are giving this issue
try to put the element with on "#jsn-pos-top" instead of "#jsn-headerright"

the problem is, that I have in the top position the logo and then it is not really looking nicely.
So I will look if I can solve this for the iPad Version.

there are a lot of template that works. The problem here is the float properties that are present a lot.
I create my templates using my tool Template Creator CK, and there is not so much floating imbricated and also not in other templates.

Every template is different, it is difficult to tell which one would be more "correct"
