Lightbox doubled

Hi, CEd,

We have used Slideshow CK for a long time now, and for many slideshows, and it always works well. For this latest one, though, we are trying for the first time to use the lightbox to pop up an expanded image of each slide.

It seems to work great, but when you close the lightbox by clicking on the X, there is another expanded window under it that also has to be closed by clicking on another X. You can see an example here:

Yes, when I unpublish the JCE Mediabox plugin, that fixes the problem. But we use the plugin all over the site, so I can't leave it unpublished.

Is there a way to make them play nicely together?

here the slideshow uses the native joomla lightbox. I don't know why the jcepopup comes in addition here. It seems like this popup decides alone where to apply

you must ask this to the JCEpopup developer because this is not something related to the slideshow

Thanks, CEd. Just in case others have this problem, here is what I found. I contacted JCE, and they said the module was calling jcepopup, which it turns out it was. I looked into the module settings again, and in Lightbox Options, there is a setting for Lightbox Type.

By default, it was set to Squeezebox. When I changed it to Mediabox CK, the problem was resolved.

ok, but to be clear, the module does not call jcepopup. this is false
it calls the standard joomla squeezebox in this case ...
