I am having a problem upgrading to accordeon menu 1.90. My Joomla build is 2.5.9. My current accordion menu is 1.8.0. I have downloaded the zip file and attempted to update by both the update package file as well as install from Directory.

Every time the administration shell just goes white. No messages, no text of any kind. This same thing happened while trying to update to 1.81.

What do I need to do? Thank you.

Hi
have you tried to install another extension to see if the problem is related to your website or not ?
and check if you can open and extract the archive zip of the module

I have just updated K2 today without a problem. Yes I can extract the module. I then put the extracted files into the tmp folder of my website and install from that directory. Just refreshes the screen, and returns white.

All my downloads have the j25 at the end of the files. I assume that stands for J2.5.

Info has been emailed. Thanks.

the page is going to com_akeeba so I think you should look in this way. Try first to disable the system plugin akeeba, update your akeeba, and then ask Nicholas :)
