where did you make the modifications ? in your template ?
if yes, then it has probably been erased with the joomla update

I did in the template but I checked and is there,but is not considered.

my mistake ... it was not there, but I'm not able to remove from the sub-menu, where I can associate the CSS ? seems not valid the module one, probably there is an override

you should better create your custom theme for the menu and put your css in it to avoid them to be erased during the next update
