copy template issue

When I am trying to copy a template it says "-1 Source folder not found ",
What is missing, is there something I can do?
I am using the latest 3.4.4

Error : Can not copy the files in the template : /css/template.css

File permissions changed to : 0644

Second try : Success : Direct copy of the files in the template : /css/template.css

then retried and it works. The system has automatically fixed the permissions issue

please try to remove your security access for the admin site (using the ?word in the url) and test again to see if it works.
There is no reason for this, so I suppose that something blocks it
