Can't get back to template!

Hi CEd,
I'm having a senior moment and can't get back to my template.
I have created a template from the blank template and made a start with content, but I can't get back to it after viewing the frontend.
I go to Components > Template Creator CK > Template List and select my template. I click on it and it takes me back to the page of pre made templates.
I am obviously doing something wrong. Can you tell me how to get back to my template?

I have done this a few times, I hope someone has a better answer for you, that will help me too.
I hope you saved it. I often have to rename the information version when I go back in before I re-save for the changes to be recorded in the admin. Also, download it, that way if the internet glitches you can re-upload the tck file from the last download.

I have managed to recover the template but when I try to edit a module I get the following error:

{"status": "0", "message": "Invalid security token"} in the left hand panel.

Thank you, It has finally cleared and I'm back in.

Sorry to be a pest but I keep losing any margins that I add to the page!
