now it work just fine...

is that mean I can't use accordion ck and hikashop cart notify plugin ???

ok then publish the accordeon menu again, and leave the cart disable
check if it works, if yes, then the problem is the cart notify

I republished the accordion menu again, and it works...

you shall report the problem to Hikashop, as this is not in my scope
