Request: More table setting options

As the title says.
examples:
Ability to change Table Header font color, size and background color independently of the rest of the table.
Ability to set the default table background color (striped tables you can only set the color of alternate rows, and not the default)
Ability to set the hover color/text color of the alternate rows that are using the default color
Ability to set the TEXT color as well as the background/background hover colors


The ability to add transparency to ALL of the table color settings
