Error : Creation of the image file Logo

Hello,
I bought yesterday the 3.5.3 version of TemplateCreator and I installed it on a installing joomla 3.6.

I immediately encountered a problem:

I entered first thing in the image of my logo. In development mode you see perfectly, but when I try to do a preview comes returned the error "Error: Creation of the image fileLogoXXX.png" and displays a preview of the template used as default (Protostar). I thought maybe I had to install the template, but also in production, I always returned the same error image of the logo.

I tried anyway to install the template produced with TemplateCreator but on the front side appears in the template with Protostar indicated that the requested template is not available.

What may have happened? I tried to install the component on a clean installation of Joomla but the result is the same .... What am I doing wrong?
